日本におけるIT戦略本部のEU版みたいなやつのパブコメ募集らしい。もちろん、日本人は募集対象じゃないと思うのだけれども、選択肢を選ばせる単純化で声を多くの声を拾おうとしているように見える点、どういう政策オプション同士が競合しうるかを明示しているのが興味深い、かな？
